Why we built Kidsplor
"There are thousands of brilliant activity providers across Australia. Parents have no good way to find them."

Swim schools buried on page four of Google. Dance studios discoverable only by someone's mum on Facebook. Coding camps that fill up before the word even spreads. We kept hearing the same story from parents everywhere: too many tabs open, too many WhatsApp threads, and still ending up with the same three results. Meanwhile, kids deserve to explore the things they love — beyond whatever the algorithm decides to show that day. Kidsplor exists to change that. A calendar that runs itself. Activities that find you. A family life that actually feels manageable.

On a lifelong quest to find Melbourne's best burger — 47 suburbs down, a few still to go. Gaurang brings that same obsessive attention to detail to product design. He's eaten his way through countless city neighbourhoods and cooked through every continent, which means he understands discovery better than most. Building Kidsplor because he believes every family deserves a find-of-the-week as good as his best burger spot.

Varsha

The person who keeps us all from scheduling three things at once — and doing it with a smile that could disarm a boardroom. Mum of two, operator extraordinaire, and the one who built Kidsplor because she desperately needed it herself. Varsha knows that a parent's time is the scarcest resource in the universe, and she's on a mission to give a little bit of it back — starting with her own Tuesday afternoons.

Amitoj is an entrepreneur who noticed the same gap every time he tried to help friends and family find local kids’ activities: great providers exist, but discovery is a mess. As a father who loves cooking for the team and connecting founders to partners across India and Australia, he turned that frustration into action. At Kidsplor Amitoj drives growth and partnerships — turning curiosity, capital and cross‑border experience into products that help families find the right classes faster.

Vasav

For Vasav, father to two daughters, juggling multiple kids’ activities taught him how family logistics quietly eat time — and inspired a practical mission: reduce the admin so families get more of the stuff that matters. At Kidsplor he leads strategy and GTM, focusing on reliable, fast booking flows and partnerships that bring quality local activities to more suburbs. He obsessively simplifies complexity so parents can spend less time planning and more time with their kids.
